15 grudnia ukonstytuowała się Rada Dyrektorów Amerykańskiej Izby Handlowej w Polsce (AmCham), która została wybrana podczas Walnego Zgromadzenia Członków Amerykańskiej Izby Handlowej w Polsce. Na jej czele stanął Tony Housh, wcześniejszy członek Rady Dyrektorów. Wiceprezesami zostali Judith Gliniecki i Joanna Bensz, funkcję skarbnika objął Paul Fogo, natomiast sekretarza Rick Lada.
