Privacy Policy of the Business Relation Website
Providing your personal data and giving a consent to the processing of your personal data takes place on the solely and exclusively voluntary basis. All personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you consented.
The website adheres to a restrictive policy of personal data security.
- Controller of Personal Data
The controller of the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the CPD) is Business Relations, i.e. an entity responsible for ensuring security of your personal data is:

- Personal Data Protection System
The CPD has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of processed data pursuant to with the requirements set out in applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following has been considered: Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection; Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The most important components of the applied data protection system include:
- We only collect and process only necessary personal data and for the shortest possible period of time, and you must give your separate consent for any activities not related to the performance of the contract.
- An access to your personal data is only available to persons who are authorised and trained in protection of personal data.
- IT system and internal company procedures of Business Relations fulfil all standards of personal data protection.
Thus, the CPD can demonstrate compliance with all the obligations provided for by the law provisions within a scope of data protection.
- Cookie
Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are pieces of IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the data terminal equipment of a Client of Business Relations.
As a part of Business Relations two essential types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies are used. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Client’s data terminal equipment until the Client logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the Client’s data terminal equipment for a period of time specified in the parameters of cookies or until the Client erases them.
The following two types of cookies are used within Business Relations website:
- ‘necessary’ cookie that enable the use of services available within Business Relations; e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication;
- ‘security’ cookies, e.g. used to detect authentication fraud within Business Relations;
- ‘performance’ cookies that enable to collect of information on how to use the webpages of Business Relations;
- ‘functional’ cookies that enable to “remember” the settings selected by the Client and personalise the Business Relations interface;
- ‘advertising’ cookies, which enable us to provide the Client with advertising content more customised to his or her interests.
In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) enables to store cookies by default.

Business Relations uses “cookie” technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable Business Relations to recognise you and customise Business Relations according to your needs.
Business Relations uses cookies in order to:
- remember your browsing preferences with regard to the Business Relations website;
- create statistics and reports on the webpage views.
- Google Analytics (cookie)
Google Analytics uses “cookie” technology, which are text files placed on your device, to enable Business Relations to analyse the sources of the website traffic and how visitors use it.
Google collects data generated by a placement of cookies on its servers and uses this information for the purpose of compiling reports and providing other services related to website traffic and the use of the Internet.
Google may also transfer this information to the third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process information on behalf of Google.
The data is processed for 12 months upon the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted.
- Cookies from Partner Servers
Business Relations uses scripts and software components delivered and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to render a service provided to Business Relations or contain data other than that listed in the Privacy Policy.
Business Relations very carefully selects its business partners, but is neither responsible nor liable for their Cookie Policy. Therefore, it is recommended that you verify each of our partners on your own and take a decision for yourself, whether you would like to accept their cookies.

- Transfer of Your personal data
In special situations, where the applicable law requires the CPD to transfer collected data to the state authorities, Business Relations shall disclose such data.
Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of the separate data processing agreements, shall be transferred to the specific entities solely and exclusively in connection with the need to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation of the CPD. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accountancy offices, IT service providers.
In case of such transfer, the CPD concludes appropriate data processing agreements with these entities to ensure the highest standard of protection and maintain confidentiality and security of the personal data, and to use the personal data solely and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the CPD.
- Amendment to Privacy Policy of Business Relations
Business Relations reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy, if required by applicable law, there is a change in the technological conditions of Business Relations operating or the amendment introduces a standard higher than the minimum one required by law.

- Your Rights as a Data Subject
According to the applicable law provisions as a data subject you have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data:
- Right to restrict processing;

- Right to rectification and right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’);
- Right of data portability;
- Right to withdraw consent;
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – President of the Protection of Personal Data Office.
